This 8-week Strength and Conditioning class will progress participants through resistance training, muscular endurance, balance/coordination, agility, aerobic capacity, mobility and recovery. Limited space available.

Lift & Sweat

with Emily Leevers

Lift & Sweat is a unique strength and conditioning class that is designed to challenge you and keep you motivated. You will get the benefits of a personal training experience done in a group setting. Classes are a blend of traditional strength exercises, accessory movements and metabolic conditioning.

Lift & Sweat accommodates both men and women of any fitness level - from those just starting out and learning basics to experienced exercisers looking for a challenge.
