Lift & Sweat is a unique strength and conditioning class that is designed to challenge you and keep you motivated. You will get the benefits of a personal training experience done in a group setting. Classes are a blend of traditional strength exercises, accessory movements and metabolic conditioning.

Lift & Sweat accommodates both men and women of any fitness level - from those just starting out and learning basics to experienced exercisers looking for a challenge.

Have you been looking for a workout class in Squamish that is equally challenging as it is fun? Look no further! Introducing Sets & Sets; where we pump out the sets while listening to our favourite DJ sets. This class focuses on cardio and conditioning, so let’s get the endorphins flowing! Nothing powers a good gym sesh quite like great beats and even better pals. All fitness levels are welcome. Our goal is to create a welcoming, social, sweaty good time!
