Emily grew up an athlete with a love for sports. Her first fitness related job was at 19, and years later she focused her passion for health and fitness and became a certified Personal Trainer in 2013. Emily believes in a balanced approach to health and fitness. Keeping your exercise routine fun, fresh and functional. Always setting goals, big & small. Constantly learning how to serve YOU and YOUR body to move freely through life doing the things that make you happy.
