Paul Dwyer

“My passion for sport has largely influenced who I am and continues to guide my personal and professional life.  Being an Athletic Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist allows me to share my knowledge about the resiliency of the human body with others.

Paul aims to help active individuals overcome injuries, maintain physical wellness and return to their sport or activities.  His practice is individualized and guided by on-going communication and education.  Paul aims to enhance his client's understanding of their own capacity to heal and to physically excel. He combines manual treatments, including muscle energy technique, joint mobilizations and soft tissue release, therapeutic modalities and exercise rehabilitation to address injury and dysfunction. Movement and performance of the human body is the result of the musculoskeletal system working in harmony.  This is why he uses a full-body approach to developing efficient movement patterns and a balance of strength and mobility.
