Mountain Fitness Center is a gym to call home. Opened in 2015, our goal has always been making fitness an important and enjoyable part of people’s routines. As Squamish locals we recognize the benefit of community, the importance of supporting others, and the value of bringing people together.

All members get access to our fitness classes at no additional cost. Our classes are perfect for all fitness levels, from total beginners to athletic pros.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, build strength, endurance, rehabilitation, prevent injuries or anything in between, we can help you choose the fitness professional who will best suit your needs.

 
 
 
I can’t say enough good things about this place. The vibe of this gym is friendly, professional and welcoming to any skill level. The equipment is new, and the space is kept clean and organized. I have also been attending various classes they provide with membership, and every different trainer has brought positive and fun classes and something unique to their sessions. Very happy to have found a gym of this caliber!
