Haleigh's passion for training developed after losing her way in fitness after her organized sports came to an end. After becoming relatively inactive, unhappy, and self-conscious, she decided it was time for a change. Picking up weights was one of her best decisions. Going plant based was another. Haleigh was enthused by this new lifestyle after experiencing so many benefits.
Years later, you'll find her even more energetic, healthful, strong, and confident than when she first found what worked for her. Haleigh believes that everyone deserves to feel good about the lifestyle they live and about themselves, so she has since dedicated herself to helping others find what works best- uniquely for them. She has acquired extensive knowledge on fitness, physiology, psychology, and plant based nutrition, and is ready to share even more with the world.
